It wasn't serviced on the 27th, it was completed on the 20th.. AND, I had Root Canals on my teeth done IN LESS TIME then it took for A Simple Inspection, Oil change n tire rotation. TWO HOURS ???

I’ve spent nearly $1500 dollars to repair the HVAC system on my 2013 Chevy Equinox and it still isn’t functional, I am very frustrated at this point! I’ve been to your dealership for service three times in the past month and frankly, now that the colder weather is upon us, I’m not sure when or if you can repair it! $1500:is a lot of money, especially when you’re a Senior Citizen on a fixed income, and it will be a struggle to pay for something that hasn’t addressed this issue.
